Shipping Policy

Processing Orders

All US domestic orders are processed within 1-4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed,especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

 

Order Changes

To make changes to your order, please contact Customer Support and provide your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the item(s) haven't already begun processing.

 

International Warehouses:

5-12 days for all Expedited Shipping Orders.

12-30 days for all Standard Shipping Orders.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.

 

U.S. and CA Shipping

We offer FREE shipping in the U.S. and CA except territories of Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
After you've received your Shipping Confirmation email, orders typically take 3-7 business days to reach their final destination, but this is NOT guaranteed. Use the tracking number provided in the Shipping Confirmation email to check the the expected delivery date and the status of your order.
